How we handle contact requests and enquiry-form information.
1. Data controller

2. Data and purposes
We process enquiry details such as name, company, email, telephone and transport/customs shipment information in order to respond, prepare quotes and potentially take steps before entering into a contract.
3. Legal basis
GDPR Article 6(1)(b) where necessary for pre-contractual steps requested by a data subject, and Article 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and correspondence.
4. Service providers
Our forms use FormSubmit to deliver data to kontakt@axentragroup.pl. Hosting is provided through Wix and email providers may process message contents. Review provider arrangements and possible transfers outside the EEA before launch.
5. Retention
We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage correspondence and, where applicable, establish or defend legal claims under relevant retention rules.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, to object or exercise data portability where applicable. You may complain to the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
7. Providing information
Submitting information is voluntary, but without contact details we may not be able to respond. We do not use the form for automated decision-making.
